Easter Choc-Hazelnut Nests

With only 3 easy steps. These delightful chocolate-hazelnut nests with colourful Easter eggs will make the perfect edible decoration this Easter.

Easter Choc-Hazelnut Nests:
• 200g hazelnut chocolate, roughly chopped
• 2 tbs chocolate-hazelnut spread
• 1/3 cup shredded coconut
• 100g fried noodles
• 125g candy-coated mini chocolate eggs


1. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
2. Place chocolate and spread in a heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on medium for 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds with a metal spoon, or until melted and smooth. Stir in coconut and noodles to coat.
3. Using 2 tablespoonfuls of mixture at a time, spoon mixture onto tray to form ‘nests’. Using back of a spoon, make a small indention in centres. Fill indentations with chocolate eggs. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Serve.
